Working with a compact footprint while fulfilling an ambitious client brief is where creativity and precision come to the fore. In this project, every design decision was driven by the need to maximise space without sacrificing comfort, style or that sense of luxury that defines a Landart outdoor environment.
Our design centred around creating a series of interconnected zones that each serve a purpose but flow seamlessly as one cohesive space. The circular pool became a standout feature—not only as a bold visual statement, but as a clever spatial solution. The rounded form softens the geometry of the garden, improves accessibility, and helps maintain a feeling of openness even in a confined area. It’s a perfect example of how form and function can work in harmony.
The positioning of the fireplace was equally intentional. Tucked into the lounge area and linked via clear sightlines to the outdoor bar and kitchen servery, it anchors the space and creates a natural gathering point. This layout encourages a relaxed rhythm to outdoor living—whether you’re preparing dinner, enjoying a drink, or simply sitting by the fire.
By layering elements in this way, we transformed a tight urban garden into a luxurious and multifunctional outdoor space. From day to night, every square metre is put to work in a way that feels effortless.
This project is a testament to what’s possible when bespoke landscape design and custom pool design are approached with both creativity and discipline. It proves that even within the constraints of a small site, it’s possible to deliver a high-end outdoor lifestyle that feels expansive, inviting, and deeply considered.
