How it works
Every project is different, but the way we run it stays consistent. You'll know what's happening, what decisions are coming up, and who is responsible at each stage.
Initial enquiry
It starts with a conversation. Once you get in touch, we'll take the time to understand your goals, timeline, location and the outcome you're looking to achieve. From there, we'll determine the best next step — whether that's arranging an on-site consultation or a virtual meeting to move your project forward.
Consultation
This 60 to 90 minute face-to-face meeting gives us the space to discuss your priorities, style preferences, and how you want the home and landscape to work day to day — now and in the future. From there, we develop a project brief that becomes the foundation for design.
We can also stage the project to suit your lifestyle and budget, allowing you to build in phases without compromising the overall vision.
Concept design
Our design team prepares a concept plan supported by reference imagery and early cost guidance. Where it suits the project, we can also provide 3D visualisations so you can better understand layout, materials, and spatial flow before moving forward.
Detailed design and approvals
With your feedback, we refine the concept into a detailed design package. This includes drawings, specifications, and documentation to support approvals — including Development Applications (DA) or Complying Development Certificates (CDC) where required. The aim is to resolve the details early so construction runs smoothly.
Construction
Once approvals are in place, construction begins. Our in-house builders, trusted trades, and horticulturalists work as a coordinated team to deliver the design. You'll receive scheduled updates and site meetings, with clear communication around timing, key decisions, and next steps.
Completion and handover
Your project is delivered ready to enjoy. We walk you through the finished home and outdoor spaces, share practical care guidance, and confirm everything has been completed to the agreed standard.
Maintenance and aftercare
A great landscape matures over time. Our dedicated maintenance team can keep your garden looking its best through every season. We can also support future updates — whether that's refining planting, improving usability, or introducing new features as your lifestyle changes.
